I would recommend this novel to some people. I would recommend this to some people if you like loveish books. In the beginning of my book I thought it was going to be a bad book but I like it.
SUMMARY
17 year old Jeff Mckenzie is forced to work in The Hamptons strawberry fields after him and his friend decided to joyride. Instead of practicing tennis. Tragic. On the farm many friendships were made. There was Libby, Alexa and Marcario. Libby was the adorable 10 year old farmer who is obviously in love with Jeff. Marcario was sort of his mentor. He helped him with everything. At the end he helps him with a MAJOR tennis match. Why leave Alexa for last? Jeff is in love with her. In the beginning he has a girlfriend. At the end he has a girlfriend, not the same one. During the whole book Jeff falls more in love with her. VANDALIZAM! Some body was vandalizing the farm. Eventually Jeff and Alexa thought of a stakeout. Everybody set up all around the farm and caught the vanalizer.
Protagonist and Antagonist
Jeff was really both in this story. First he drove through the berry farm and then he also caught the bad guys who were vandalizing the farm. Another protagonist is Danny Stevens. Danny Stevens is one of those guys who’s a joker. First he didn’t pick all of his strawberries, second, he stole Jeff’s CD player, lastly, he graffitied on the water barrels. So Jeff thought that Danny had vandalized the other things.
